二、申请人的资格要求:
1、在中国境内注册,具备本招标文件要求的项目实施能力,符合、承认并承诺履行本招标文件各项规定的投标人;
1)具有独立承担民事责任的能力;
2) 具有履行合同所必需的设备和专业技术能力;
3) 参加采购活动前三年内,在经营活动中没有重大违法记录;
4) 法律、行政法规规定的其他条件;
2、具有有效的食品经营许可证或食品生产许可证;
3、本项目不接受联合体投标;
4、其他法律法规的要求。
