二、申请人的资格要求：

 1、在中国境内注册，具备本招标文件要求的项目实施能力，符合、承认并承诺履行本招标文件各项规定的投标人；

1）具有独立承担民事责任的能力；

2) 具有履行合同所必需的设备和专业技术能力；

3) 参加采购活动前三年内，在经营活动中没有重大违法记录；

4) 法律、行政法规规定的其他条件；

2、具有有效的食品经营许可证或食品生产许可证；

3、本项目不接受联合体投标；

4、其他法律法规的要求。

三、获取招标文件：

 1.时间：2023年5月24日09时00分至2023年5月30日17时00分，每天上午09:00至12:00，下午13:30至17:00（北京时间，法定节假日除外）

 2.地点：济南市历下区经十路12111号齐商银行济南分行九楼

 3.方式：按照以下方式获取招标文件（二选一）：

（1）现场报名：获取招标文件时须携带企业法人营业执照、有效的食品经营许可证或食品生产许可证、法定代表人资格证明或法定代表人授权委托书及其身份证原件或加盖公章的复印件一套；
